The commentary is slightly roasty, but not roasty enough. Riggleman sounds like a clown name. Obviously he is a puppet being roasted like a marshmallow. The lack of articulation is numbingly clear he is doing what someone else told him to do. The idea didn't origonate from his thinking process and if we find his most recent conversation, influx of cash, or campaign donor we can know who is pulling his strings
