Hey, Max Richter. Highly recommend his SLEEP album. 8 hours long, designed to be played while sleeping. Timing is matched to bodies normal REM cycles.

As far as what this one means, I'm not autistic enough for that. Daylight and shadows, dark to light, something along those lines?

Beautiful song though.
