IMHO, two big preventive measures are prescribed burns (to reduce available fuel) and power line maintenance (to stop short circuit burns). Cali will always have a tendency to burn due to the climate and winds, but smaller fires can be managed much easier than uncontrolled big ones. But you can't give the CA gov the money they ask for, because they are not interested in proper fire prevention. Change the CA gov? Difficult -- it's full of Dem retards, fully-brainwashed.
