Still down now - 11h after the story was posted here. Hope the anon that's running this site is doing ok. I had heard they were facing legal threats.. or illegal threats I guess, since there's nothing unlawful about qmap.pub but that wont stop the sort of people wanting to take it down. And consequently had a patreon or similar on one of of the other crowdfunding sites.

I think its this guy, but not 100% sure:
