Anyway. I haven't found anything on this claim, and its true, Hitler centralized the police at some point. That's for sure.

What I did find however, was Hermann Goring was in charge of a covert wire tapping operation.

They were listening in on everyones phone calls, across Europe. They would take out Nazi defectors left and right using this.

Theyd make strategic deals using this.

Wound up backfiring however. Pretty sure Churchill and Mussolini had the same operations going on. (Higher ups all knew to never talk on the phone.)

Anyway, when Q says "look into the playbook." Perhaps this is what he ment....

Q doesnt post the actual playbook, as then the enemy would know what we know. Use misinformation to keep "them" off the trail. They laugh at the screwup and move on.

Meanwhile, Q wants us to dig for it. (In fact, the fuck up makes us dig for it) find parallels between Goring's strategies and today. It was overall, a good dig for me.
