The fact that the virus didn't die off during the heat of summer is a clue as far as I'm concerned. 'Cold and flue season,' is the winter for a reason. The reason is that natural viruses die in heat and humidity.

Technically, this is not a true 100 percent solid confirmation, since the actual Wuhan lab was taken over by military staff. Dr Yan did not have a direct line to the Wuhan lab, but the coverup is of course clear for all to see -- the usual "shut up unless you want to disappear" thing. Unless someone leaks actual documents from the Wuhan lab, this is still something like a RICO prosecution. There have been many papers like the one posted by Dr Yan et al that postulated what edits have been made. Even early in the year, researchers posted papers as soon as they studied the sequenced genome, plus some highly-regarded researchers agree with this position. The reason few people know about earlier papers is that China has been running a campaign to threaten those who speak up. Covered by ZH for months.
