This could be nothing, this could be something, who knows. There are 3 military bases in Pendleton, not too far East of this location in the Columbia River George. This is how the military moves equipment and materiel around. We'll see what's happening here soon.

I don't think you need tanks to deal with protestors. The Antifas can then claim self-defense and then inflict millions of dollars of damage on the tanks. Expensive. I agree, wait and see.
