To have a truly secure communication: you must make your own PGP keys, and have the other party create their own PGP keys, and keep them secure, and do the Encryption yourself before pasting it into the email, and make sure that the other parties are doing the same.
Even then, it is possible that intelligence agencies might have enough computing power available to break PGP messages. Maybe.
