Yeah, they’re wildly unpopular now, but way too many people still believe it. A coworker who is a Trump supporter can’t convince his wife. His own wife won’t believe him about how many lies there are in the news because it’s such a constant overwhelming assault. She’s simply can’t conceive of these “news professionals” would just tell lies.
i’ve managed to wake up a lot of people but I’ve hit a wall, and that wall is caused by the constant, relentless assault by the MSM.
So there are two parties parading around in this country. They are political.
And, if you take one party (who itself has corruption in it) who has control of law enforcement (not all of it, but the part that counts) and USE it to ACCUSE the other party.....ESPECIALLY in an election year.... THAT is really BAD optics.
Really BAD. Most people get up in arms about powerful picking on the less powerful. Sure, justice is being served when action happens.....but, as far as optics goes, PEOPLE DO NOT SEE ANY OF THAT JUSTICE. THEY SEE a bully picking on a weakling. It is just nature, but also because Mass Media is all lined up to make this 'bully activity' into only abuse.
It is in MY mind, that unless the people interested in saving this country from corruption NAIL THE MASS MEDIA ----NOTHING can be accomplished. NOTHING. The Bully-Weakling narrative will WIN a majority of the public EVERY TIME.
And, the trouble with nailing these liars is----freedom of the press in the constitution, PLUS, there was that Obama law that gave the press liability protections when they outright LIED!
You want something done, yourself? Start getting on the Mass Media comment sections and start YELLING AT THEM. Call them liars. Look at their advertisers....don't BUY from them! Write the advertisers and TELL them WHY you are not buying from them.
There are THINGS that YOU can do yourself, nonviolent, to MOVE JUSTICE ALONG.
A lot of them don’t have a comment sections anymore. even some conservative sites got rid of them because they had to kneel and lick the boots of Google advertising dollars.
The biggest flaw in The Plan is that it seems to have completely ignored the enemy propaganda industrial complex which is now worse than even. Drudge turned. Fox News mostly compromised. Etc.
I agree. The Plan did ignore the Fake News creators. There HAD to be a reason for this 'detail.'
I went into a GOP headquarters last week to get a yard sign. The two volunteers there were Trump supporters who only listened to the MSM. They didn't know anything about what was going on. Honestly...my jaw dropped. BUT, they were two votes possibly, so hopefully.....their eyes will be opened.
