u/catsfive : I am not so sure that are duplicates. Other wins also have this problem. I saw it many times. It may be some (unintentional) fuckup with frontend or backend of win. Unfortunately I am not so good with html,webpages and all that stuff.

But yes,checking for duplicates having bit another title would be nice anyway. However if the same title repeats it is frontend or backend problem.
