Love the list of covered topics. Here are a few that would also be helpful (at least to me)

1. Where to find graphical elements to add to my memes.

2. Where to host/how to host my memes so others may share the love.

3. How to remove any/all identifying info from any memes I create to preserve my (and others') anonymity.

I'm sure these things have been covered before, but having them all in one thread would be good.
