I've seen for years how morale effects the reality of people, positive and negative.

I've seen how people repeatedly exposed to real risk become cognizant of intangible variables. For lack of a better term it's explained as superstition and is dismissed by authority.

I've spent a lifetime being punished for telling the truth to those who don't want to hear it. I certainly won't stop now that I've got such good company!
