I get what you are saying, and as a "stop gap" I kinda agree, but the Constitution is tyranny from it's inception, and suggesting we follow it helps to perpetuate the fraud. The Constitution is designed to set up a ruling class of people, and relegates the rest to slavery. It does this not just by actually doing that ("The Republic" was very restrictive, allowing only the upper crust men to participate by law, and ensuring only the Aristocrats would hold the highest office in practice), but more importantly, the Constitution makes explicit claims on the individuals jurisdiction. "Rules and Laws" are tyranny if they make claims on the individuals jurisdiction. That's basically the definition of tyranny. And our system is designed with that purpose in mind. Our very concept of law is designed to lead us to tyranny. "Law" as we understand the term was created by the Cabal. It is our concept of what "rule" and "Law" is, that is the root of their control system.

"Law" is more correctly called Law Magic, and they created it around the same time that they created Money Magic, for the same purpose; control.

Please see my argument here. It is unfortunately the end of a long discussion, so the full context is missing in just that one post, but to follow the whole thing would take a while, and I think that response is sufficiently self contained to make sense. At some point I will write the whole argument up formally, with all of the evidence on what "Law" really is, and how it is fundamentally and intentionally flawed.
