u/Kingslea posted this a few days ago. For those who don't have 45 min to watch the full vid, here is a breakdown. This is all meat (zero fluff) in this video. It is long & worth the watch. Below I have broken down some specifics.

Four whistle blowers discuss the border chaos & child trafficking. A federal HHS worker, a federal contract specialist, a case worker & a driver.

TLDR: Over reaching theme, "Protect the contracts at all costs." even if women & children are trafficked & hurt.

First few minutes:

No Structure & Chaotic at the fairgrounds where they kept the illegal aliens. That was unexpected by workers.

~ 6:50

Talk about how individuals were not vetted & simply were hired one or two days earlier to work with children.

~ 7:34

They talk about weird ideas. Eventually (~7:48) Operation Deep Freeze about coercing thirsty & hungry children with popcicles to take the Covid Shot.

~ 8:28

They used fear on case managers to prevent federal oversight (ie threats of child deportation instead of reunification). ~9:45 Started with 18 day window & cut down to 1 week very quickly.

~10:21

Some Case Managers were told they were taking over cases & present their case why kids were still in the facility in an hour.

10:30

Richard Zapata was the director of that facility that the case managers reported to. Was he just following orders, or were they actively participating in the problem?

11:20

Sounds like under Zapata's direction that shame tactics were used on Case Managers for not having children released that has only been reviewed for an hour. Maybe I misinterpreted that.

11:35

Speed was preferred over safety of the children.

12:26

Some things just didn't feel right. Individuals were impersonating/trying to sound like women & clearly were not. The case was red flagged due to that deception & the case agent was told that they needed to let the child go with that person because it was their family. (Personal note, sounds like leadership there was pushing children to transgender individuals, I now wonder how much child abuse/sexualization is increased with trans vs normal lifestyles).

13:36

Discussion about red flagging relationships & still the children were transported.

14:55

Transport guys are not made aware if a child has been red flagged (ie should not be approved) to be transported to a sponsor).

17:53

Sponsors (individuals taking kids from the government transporter) needed to see a physical ID & take a picture of the ID next to the paper copy that the transporter was given. The often did not match up (ie different pics).

19:20

Often transportation specialists would give up children to individuals with fake/bad IDs. This was made known to what sounds like upper level management in federal agencies that should be providing oversight.

20:01

IDs were clearly false & case workers were told their job was to reunify, not to investigate things that didn't look right. They were also told by upper level management that the case workers were not experts, so they couldn't deny bad IDs.

22:30

Transporter tells us that it is clear the government knew kids were being trafficked & that team leads demanded that kids be left with strangers or they would lose the contract & people would lose their jobs. Many other excuses to not listen to children who begged to not be left with strangers.

25:26

Congress keeps approving budgets to traffick children using tax dollars & they know that children are being trafficked.

25:50

The cartels know (tell trafficked kids) all about what to expect once they crossed the border. How do the cartels know so many details about iur governments inner workings at these facilities?

26:30

Adults would have fake IDs (29 year old woman claiming to be a minor) & would just be released into the US.

27:48

Discussion about international gangs involvement in child trafficking through this program. Ultimately walking anti trafficking individuals out of the facility so the children could continue to be trafficked.

29:30

There was trust being build between agencies with individuals who were fighting the trafficking that was happening. One night someone announced overhead for everyone to look up an address of a sponsor & it was a Gentleman's (strip) Club.

31:05

Sponsors would be paid to hand kids off so that they can't be traced anymore.

31:16

Sponsors often would say they didn't want the kids & to take them back. Managers would say the transporters couldn't bring kids back & to wait for a call. Then the kids would be taken to homeless shelters.

35:35

Transporter couldn't handle his conscience dropping kids off at traffickers & was given a position at The Row NYC (hotel that now seems closed according to Google). Claims DocGo was in charge of everything & wanted to handle the migrant housing in house & never involve police, including domestic abuse & rape.

38:03

Policy always seems to "Handle it in house". Keeping the contracts is always more important that actually solving the problems with police & other federal agencies. It always seems to be about keeping the contractor making money. "Protect the contract at all costs."

39:21

Transporter (Carlos) believes that government heads really do not know how many are trafficked because NGOs are not held accountable & are hiding this information. He offers a solution.

IMO - This issue seems to need multiple NGOs that are forced to work together to fulfill the same task instead of single large contract to an individual NGO that keeps "it" all in house so they don't lose the large payday. They should be able to help each other keep accountable as no single agency will have the sole contract. Also NGOs must be as accountable & transparent as we expect our government to be (not as they are, but as we expect them to be). Any time a citizen wants to walk in & look at policy, & ask questions, they should be free to do so without restraint. Time needs to be included into the work flow for citizen questioning (ie giving every single employee an hour each day to be able to answer any questions a citizen has). I would love to hear other ideas.

Personal opinion - DC has created a culture where these contractors are afraid to work with outside government help (other government programs/law enforcement) so true help can never be obtained.

Jason Chaffetz former House Oversight Chair (book 'Deep State') called this "the process" the deep state use to prevent any real oversight or change from occurring.
