They are possibly fucking with us with editing of some sort, or timelines are converging, glitching things out...or just simple lighting effects making things wonky.
May be the Mandela Effect, or them using it against us to come off as crazy, but I just saw some type of possible editing glitch red-handed. Well, you inadvertently did, and I just spotted it that is.
Watch VERY closely, right when the promo cuts away and reveals Britney dancing. This is right around the 5 second mark. Pay attention to the skirts the entire time. At the very beginning, they are GREY! Moments later, they are all now BLACK.
WTF is going on?
Edit: After watching it a few times, I'm leaning towards it being a lighting scenario playing tricks on our eyes. Similar to that whole dress fiasco a few years back that blew up for some reason.
