Is this a joke? Your values sound great...integrity and inclusion. Until a family of 6 go to this location and get told you have to wear a mask to be seated. Stop the nonsense and return to reality. Any offers to try to appease will go unnoticed as we will not be dining with you again and that’s unfortunate because we loved Applebee’s. Just a thought...had we been allowed to enter without a mask, we would probably frequent and support the business; now we will support the businesses who allow us the freedoms to make an informed, educated decision to not wear a useless mask and actually have a backbone to follow through with the decision. Blame it on the governor, tell the workers to push “it’s our policy”, point to the science; find whatever out you can but is that accountability (another one of your values)? Yes, I’m aware masks are to protect others...that also sounds great.
