For starters, I'm not sure if the resident's "mandate" is actually a thing, last I knew he was just talking out of his ass (probably why it needs wiped), but everyone is acting like it's actually in the works. Also, I know mandates cannot be enforced, but many employers are going to follow it anyways. But I have good news! My boss (basically the CEO of my job) did a shit ton of research and found that Colorado is NOT under the federal OSHA, we have our own OSHA. Which means, that since this mandate is being pushing through federal OSHA, it is NOT applicable to Colorado. Now, other un-constitutional regulations can still effect federally funded programs/jobs, but this at least provides a big argument for a good percent of the population.
