The mail-in ballots are counted first. Then the voting-day ballots, and lastly, the drop-off ballots. The drop-off ballots are the mail-in ballots that voters held on to, and then dropped them off at a voting place. Most MAGA people did that, and as of this moment, they are still being counted.
