There is always great medical stuff posted here, so I wanted to add something I have had amazing results with. I call it PINEYsporin.
Mine has the same texture as polysporin, but you can adjust it. It healed up a dry/flaky skin problem I have been struggling with for months, in just a few days, I was amazed. It is not sticky and smells very pleasant. I don't use it on fresh cuts, I use honey for that, but it would probably be fine.
1 part pine resin (cleaner the better, but dirt can be filtered or allowed to settle/float out)
2-4 parts coconut oil (I used 3. Olive oil works too, probably tallow as well, or oil blends)
0.5-1 parts beeswax (I used half a part. It helps it blend/stick and sets the consistency)
Put it in a small mason jar or similar heat proof glass. Put on a cookie sheet and put in the oven on warm. (160-190F) Let it melt. Stir that shit. Filter, or not. Let cool. Stir whilst cooling a time or two.
Too runny? Remelt and add more beeswax.
Too thick? Remelt and add more oil.
Too sticky? Remelt and add more oil.
Not piney enough? Remelt and add more resin.

A good friend of mine just called in a spiritual/political crisis of sorts, we spoke for an hour.
I put her mind at ease as best I could whilst still being honest. She kept coming back dichotomies of Dems vs Repubs, Israel vs Iran, Christian vs Muslim, etc. I kept gently calling out the "red vs blue" thinking and tried to reinforce a more "good vs evil" perspective. A more worldwide perspective, going right back to Moses.
At some point I used (coined?) the phrase that I titled this post with. She seemed to like it, it became a running joke/bit throughout our chat.
Though I'd share, someone may get some use from it if in similar situations.

I never heard this before, my mind was blown by it, so I thought I'd share.
The video linked below (18 mins) talks about how "The Truman Show" movie was Gnostic allegory. Simulation and Simulacra type stuff.
The kicker is the name of the edges of the simulation. The wall Truman hit in the boat. The line between the physical world and the spiritual world. The bars of our physical prison.

It's all about property rights. I have used the following example to explain this concept to many people in my life and they seem to like it. I hope it helps you and yours.
For these examples we will consider a family with five kids. Oldest is a cry bully. Second oldest is his sidekick. Middle kid is a quiet hard worker. Youngest are twins.
Public Property
If Mom and Dad buy a PlayStation for the family, it is public property for the kids. No one did anything to earn it, it must be shared equally. Life, however, is often unfair so unless Mom and Dad are gonna sit around with a stopwatch and monitor every minute of game-play it will never be equal. Squeaky wheel gets the grease. The cry bully will always get more time, the twins aren't really interested. The middle kid will get so much bullshit it won't be worth playing.
Private Property
The middle kid decides to mow lawns, save money, buy his own PlayStation. It won't be long before the older kids are whining "MOM! Middle kid won't share his PlayStation when he when he is working! NO FAIR! He not even using it!"
Mom doesn't want to listen to the complaints so she intervenes. "Middle kid, why are you being so greedy and not sharing? That's not very nice! Share with your brothers!" Communism. No respect for private property. Middle kid complains, "My PlayStation is dirty, my discs are scratched! Other kids have no respect for it." Mom says "They are sorry." They aren't sorry. Cry bully smirks and continues to abuse middle kids property. (Animosity and distrust build). Now the middle kid leaves his PlayStation at his buddies house, who will respect it. (Black market develops)
Dad has a different plan. He respects property rights. "Cry bully, what's wrong with you! Middle kid earned his PlayStation by getting off his ass and doing something useful with his time. Now you want to use his stuff when he is working!? I'm not surprised he won't share because you don't have any respect for anything! The discs are scratched up because you can't even be bothered to put the games back in the case. Then the game skips so you bounce the chip-grease-covered controllers off the walls and bitch that your controllers aren't good enough. DO NOT TOUCH your brother's PlayStation unless he says you can!" Property rights.
Now middle kid can "rent out" his PlayStation to the other kids with strict rules. 1. You do my chores so I can mow more lawns. 2. No food or drink. 3. When I want it, I get it, you turn off your session whenever I say. 4. Games go in the case when not in use. Now we get to build trust, goodwill, and a healthy thriving economy. The people who are useful are in charge of property they earned. Useless assholes have to play nice and do the chores of their younger brother, or not get to use the "good" PlayStation.
Parents, choose wisely.

-Thorough academic test (3 R's, history, civics, science, etc.)
-Critical thinking test.

-Above 25, maybe even 33 years old.

I see why he thinks that, I upvoted it, but I think there is something deeper happening. I think patriots have learned something, as a whole, that I have learned as an individual.
When you have a relationship where people abuse and gaslight you for long periods, decades, they know how to press your buttons to get you to lash out. Then, when you do, they can say "Look, see how unstable he is? See how mad he gets?" Knowing full well they are wrong.
When you recognize that fact, when you have a great awakening, you can take control of their game. I have noticed, personally, that when I stopped arguing, stopped trying to use reason and logic, stopped getting emotional, everything changed.
They got so mad. Spitting mad, literally. They just keep doubling down now. Being as horrible as possible, trying to get me to fall back into old patterns, but I refuse. I stay calm, fair, moral, etc. I take the high ground and don't engage with the bait. It slides off my back. As a result, they have gone insane. They have been lashing out, so it forms a doom spiral for them. They have no idea how to cope with the new paradigm.
Patriots were supposed to lash out, Q stopped us. He taught us how to play the game.
