A good place to start is the 2 part "Rosenthal Document" (aka "The Hidden Tyranny" pamphlet) by Walter White from 1977 & 1983. It's an interview with a conspirator Harry Rosenthal, a young DC staffer at the time. His arrogance got him killed by Mossad months after the interview.
