I don't know what to think of that but it's just as feasible with or without an actual god existing. Even the"back to God" part doesn't need a god, it just needs the concept to exist as an archetype. It's a useful concept even to me as someone who doesn't believe in a god actually existing, it's a quick shortcut to a big idea.
This board has made me double down on my atheism. The enormous amount of numerology/datefagging posts remind me of astrology and superstition. I think it's good that it keeps people positive but it's basically an opiate. Watching all this go down over the past few months and years, and seeing so many people talk about supernatural forces at play made the last month look so ridiculous. We were supposed to be logical, not magical.
We made God in our own image, he's the archetype of higher levels of consciousness and enlightenment. It's wishful thinking, you want him to be real so you choose to believe it. It always ultimately comes down to what you want to be true.
Neither of us can prove who's right, but you're going to downvote me anyways.
That's not what's happening though. A sizable percentage of people here take these cracked out unconfirmed strings and lose their shit over it while screaming it from the mountaintops. It's no wonder we look like unstable crazies to outsiders, you can disprove these fools with almost no effort.
People equate criticism with antagonism. This isn't a safe space for crackpot confirmation bias, logic is supposed to come out on top. If a poster fails to use basic logic they deserve criticism and they should not be protected with autistic screeching.
That's fine, but if what you're saying is easily shown to be wrong with a simple search and 2 minutes of time you deserve criticism from everyone. Screeching "DEPORT!!!" over this is just as bad as censorship, in fact it'd be a great move by shills who want to ruin this place.
That lighting is weird
