It makes perfect sense. Its to show the public who is corrupt and a deep state operative. By doing it this way these losers think they can make Trump go away, because the little guys (judges, mayors, various beuarocrats etc.) aren't smart enough to figure it. The court cases show the public directly who is on his/our side and who isn't. Think about it. Whenever something goes down in court you have Giuliani or Lin Wood or Sydney Powell all tweeting and getting in the news about it and half the world hears about it. Even with the press censorship. Its also a definitive way to catch traitors in the press itself. The dumbasses literally report their own selves by refusing to cover any of this very important information on a presidential election. Its absolutely brilliant!

Because the whole thing was a sham. I don't think that there was even a real election. After reading the wording of the 2018 EO, it is entirely possible that GEOTUS invoked martial law as far back as 2018 and we have been under martial law this ENTIRE time. It is entirely possible that he may have invoked it just days after the November 2020 election as well, but I sincerely doubt that. Too many eyes watching, waiting for that. SOOOOO if all of that is valid, EVERYTHING the deep state is pushing right now is under false pretenses! The ENTIRE election! There is no president-elect, and Trump's first term is only half-over! The inauguration will be on the steps because they can't get in because it's all a false coup!
