UPDATE: AB 455 may be tabled until 2022, but AB 1102 Another Gutted Bill Amended to Compel CA Employers to Require COVID Vaccine as Condition of Employment is active and could be fast tracked through this session.

We still need to fight this. Protest at the Capitol is still on for Wednesday, September 8th 10am-3pm.

If you can't be there, and even if you can Californians, please contact your representatives and the author of AB 1102, Evan Low at (916) 319-2028. Respectfully let your opposition be known that this cannot become law!
