I have to use United Healthcare specialty pharmacy for one of my kids medications. They have a new question that they are asking before I can refill...They are now asking if there are any medical, personal, or religious exemptions for the patient. I asked them "Why are you asking me this? I've never had to answer this question before and that's none of your business. You're a pharmacy." She then replied stating "It's a question that I am required to ask." I then said I decline to answer that question. She put me on old to process my order. Then she comes back on the phone and tells me that the medication my kid needs is out of stock which has NEVER EVER EVER happened in the last 6 years. Is this because I refused to answer that question? Or just coincidental?
