Prayer for Strength and Protection
God,
Watch over this nation tonight.
You see the fear that moves through our cities and across our screens. You know the things that make our hearts tighten and our shoulders brace.
Protect the innocent. Stand beside the first responders, the soldiers, the officers, and the everyday people who run toward danger when others run away.
Comfort the families who have already lost someone to violence. Hold the wounded close and bring them healing.
Break the plans of those who plot harm. Expose what is hidden. Stop evil before it reaches our streets.
Give courage to those who defend the vulnerable and wisdom to those responsible for protecting this country.
And remind us that even in dark moments, You are still watching, still guiding, still stronger than every threat.
Keep America under Your hand.
