..and read anything on Nextdoor about early voting. Ugh, I know better! Here is a sample of comments (this is in a red flyover state)...
"...I can’t believe people watch faux and don’t do their own research!! A 🌊🌊🌊🌊 is coming!"
"...what democracy does Trump want since he wants to be immune while President? Above the law?"
It definitely gets the heart rate up! I need eye bleach and a bracer.....
Anyway, the good news is that there are a lot of people promoting Trump this time on Nextdoor, which was not the case the previous 2 elections.
I realize this is not relative to the goings-on in the world, but I believe it is a direct result of the stress we have all endured since 2020. This site has been a saving grace for me. I've saved and archived lots of health and wellness posts over the years, which I refer to often. This time, I am asking this community if anyone here has had any experience with Gastritis and Intestinal Metaplasia? I was just diagnosed with both as I have had a lot of silent reflux over the years and it damaged my gut. I do not want to take PPI's. I also tried the baking soda route for pH balance, but I need to watch my salts. My goal is to reverse the damage, if possible, in time for my follow-up endoscopy in a year. I loathe taking medicine, so any advice is appreciated!
Side note: I drink way too much coffee and sparkling water, so will be limiting that going forward. I exercise daily, eat healthy, take Ivermectin once or twice a week for good measure along with a handful of high quality supplements daily.
I recently watched Braveheart for the 1000th time and believe that Trump's role in our history will go down as one of the most important figures, ever. His existence and strength are responsible for a monumental shift within this timeline and I am honored to get to experience it in person.

In the rare occasion that I watch television, today I have seen three advertisements with just the letter Q. QQQ Investments, My Q App for Smart Housing and Amazon Q. They are definitely trying to overshadow something. I can't imagine what it could be. 🤔
In recent weeks, I've had two people, that I genuinely like and respect, go off the rails on Trump without considering that I may not feel the same way. This brazen confidence of TDS sufferers drives me nuts more than anything. Both have expressed with high emotion how much they hate him and each would like to see him in jail - or worse. In these cases, I've bitten my tongue and changed the subject because I didn't want to ruin the relationship - but at the same time I silently questioned their individuality and common sense. No human is perfect. DJT, while awesome and a very stable genius, has flaws like everyone else. But to ignore the Cadaver in Chief currently acting as pResident and his horrendous performance the past three years while focusing on hating his unfairly represented poltical opposition is just a sign of how well the propaganda has worked. My fear is that these type of people will never see past the lies they've come to believe as gospel and that 2024's election is going to be the most contentious, yet. What do you think will have to happen for these people to see the light? Destruction of the MSM? WWIII? Biden and his global cohorts arrested for crimes against humanity? All of the above? I think next time anyone expresses hate for Trump, I am just going to ask them why they feel that way. I'm thinking they've been told to hate him for so long, they really won't know how to answer.
