You mean Voat.xyz? Technically it ain't the good old Voat, just a clone with similar UI. Doesn't feel like Voat at all. It looks more like Talk.lol than Voat. So, I wouldn't say about reborn or something for sure, talk.lol does use the big name to be popular. The real Voat is dead, let's just face the fact finally.
