At a high level, this season Jack Ryan tries to prevent/find out who's behind a nuclear false flag setup.
Some group wants to make a nuke go off that looks like its from the other side, in order to justify an escalation and all out war between NATO and Russia.

I work near a National Guard HQ/Garrison, there's a yard that usually has no more than a few vehicles.
Driving past it today, and the yard was packed with Strykers and Bearcat looking things. What I would guess a crowd-control package would look like.
I do not live in a state where I would expect the need for much of that during the storm, but I suppose there are always a few urban areas in any state.
Maybe others have noticed the same?
