It looks like the vessels come in convoy to the lake, assemble and wait then exit as a convoy so the traffic is always one way. Probably normal. Ever Given is still there.

All vessels previously surrounding Ever Given, including Cherry Blossom, seem to have right of way and are proceeding back through Suez while other vessels are being held up. Do they now contain some of the Ever Given's cargo?
