So this is a 600 page PDF file. It contains drops and Q&A that resemble Q. Whoever posted these claims to be from The Majestic 12. They say they were formed in the 1940s around the time of Roswell crash. Initially the military was tasked with jamming and shooting down NAZI saucer-like craft. However, they ended up shooting down multiple ET craft as well. The first being in Roswell, NM.

These drops are very clear that MJ12 has been very shady in the past, involved in many cover ups and deception against the publc.
