It originates from a meme around 2015 where Trump is compared to a Centipede, being a "nimble navigator".

Since then, all Trump Supporters have adopted the moniker for themselves, and so to say you are a Centipede or a pede, means you too, are a nimble navigator.

Worth looking into some of Hank Kunneman's Prophecies regarding this. One of them was about several great betrayals.
