Apologies for Twatter link. New to this and wasn't sure how to locate the corresponding tweet on nitter.

This might just be a nothing burger, but the use of the capital Q in combination with the unusual shift in messaging from CNN stood out to me. What do you guys think?

I feel you, mate! Sitting here in NZ, we're just a short step behind Australia in terms of losing our rights here. Been genuinely looking into shipping over to Texas if I can get some kind of visa ;)

Agreed. These days anything/anyone being silenced or labelled as misinformation is most likely onto something.

I agree. Which is why I don't mean to discredit anyone looking into thinks. Quite the opposite. Ask questions! Dig deep! I'm just trying to provide some insight whenever I can :)

Sorry to say, but I believe Emerald is jumping to conclusions here.

If you read the paragraph above the table (which is included in the screenshot) it reads that the table contains a number of probes/primers to be used in the process of synthesizing a cDNA template from a linearized plasmid (a piece of DNA/RNA).

Luciferase is commonly used in PCR to detect the presence of genetic material through bioluminescence, it is therefore used as a 'probe'. This part of the patent describes a manufacturing process utilizing PCR and including luciferase in the process, it does not at all suggest that any of those compounds would be included in the finished product.

Now, I'm not an expert in biochemistry and I haven't bothered to read the entire patent to see what exactly it refers to, but I am 99% sure that the excerpt with the table is nothing but a general description of a manufacturing process to create what they call "cDNA templates".

NZ anon here. This is legit, but it's old news and didn't change anything.

The government simply turned around and changed the underlying law, then continued the vaccine rollout.

Here's the sauce to the high court decision: Court documents

Since then, the high court already rejected a lawsuit against vaccine mandates brought on by a border worker. Currently, there's another lawsuit ongoing with regards to the extension of vaccine mandates to air force pilots.

Not getting my hopes up, the courts have been siding too much with the government's authoritarian policies so far.
