I'd bet that Disneys current woes are significantly based on the FTX collapse.

The timeline of Chapek being fired (without cause) on a Sunday night at an Elton John concert... a few days after FTX goes TU, then Iger instantly reinstalled and then stories in WaPo on the Monday,blaming Chapek of hiding losses etc (all actions of the CFO ,not chapek). The FTX judge making sure the largest investors are kept secret.

If correct that there is massive exposure to FTX , the only way out will be to sell the company to Apple and they work together to cover this up. So I expect Iger to announce that they may use Crypto (as a cover) and then sell very quickly to Apple.
