When you realize how corrupt our intelligence agencies are - and have been for a long time - it puts a different spin on people like Putin and Kim Jong Un. Their job is to protect their countries from our Deep State, and if they care about their people, that isn't going to look like universal disarmament, or showing weakness of any kind.
