My sister told me fluid taken from some of her covid patients lungs is something you cannot possibly breathe through. Left out for a while and it wouldn’t spill if you tipped the container over. She comes home with horror stories all the time.

I have lost people, my sister is a critical care nurse who has had coronavirus. It is very real. Also, I have a whole professional career devoted to health statistics and demography. What this tells me is that you cannot trust the reporting mechanism. If you don’t k ow the number of people with coronavirus, you don’t know the number of people who die from it either. The mortality rate might actually be higher than they are saying. But fewer people have it. Or it could be much lower and a lot of people have it. You just won’t know because the numbers suck.
