Well we have a way out, and it's similar to the US corporation problem... Ours is still here... I agree... I feel like this is a man's image thing... Not a God's image thing... The ego is about an eye for an eye, that is why Jesus taught to forgive and turn the other cheek... It means, that if you hold hatred in your heart, it is you that has to experience the receiving end of that hatred, in this life or the next... Truly, I think that the best thing we can do for someone who is too far gone to repent of their ways is to do battle... And if that battle ends in them being slain, then that is on them for forcing our hand... At least then their resistance is gone and they can reset, leaving behind the programming that caused them to go so astray... But for the ones that wish to repent and be forgiven, I think the true God of the Gospels, that Jesus taught about, is beyond us and our petty grievances, already knowing their hearts and forgiving them... Those hoping for pain and suffering on another is the one who will consciously receive it in some way, shape or form... That's why Hell is such a subjective experience... Heaven and Hell, I believe, are simply the Self's perspective of the relationship between the Self (individual consciousness) and the Source (The collective consciousness, source consciousness, or God Consciousness)... If they are not aligned, the Self feels all out of place and experiences the full negative spectrum of existence, where if they are aligned the Self experiences the best the universe has to offer, continuous growth and adventure, and especially, desires to share that joy with everyone!... I have seen plenty of evidence of this in the way Jesus taught his disciples... Alas, in the end, only God can reveal the truth to us if we are willing to chase the Spirit wherever it goes... So at this point, I trust that Spirit far more than any man's interpretation of a book that was constructed to control how we interact with God, and who gets to be correct about their interpretations... Well thanks for the joust... It was fun, indeed. I am terrible at the intellectual side of things... I just trust God's spirit more than any book that man can meddle with... And, I'm not very good at memorizing where my understandings come from, which is why I tend to follow the spirit more anyway... The way I see it is that I trust God to lead me, and anyone for that matter, through the lessons we need... "Look under a rock and there I AM", he said... I also understand that there is the mind that needs structure like in the form of instructions from a book, and even if Man has meddled, God will still bring the truth through... But I guess that's how God works... Listen dude... Ya gotta lighten up! All I am saying is that I have no problem with homosexual people and I want them to feel welcome. I have friends like that and I'm cool with it... They will discover on their own what's right for them. I will also call out any person trying to tell another person who God really is, because all we have is a history of war over who's right, and our own personal experience with the relationships in our lives... Jesus said God is everywhere, and if you are intent on learning about God you have to go where he wants to lead you. A person is not to judge another because God could be leading that person through a greater truth in either hardship or joy than you could ever hope to convey on your own... I know this from my own experience... Nobody could ever know the love I have for God... And likewise nobody could every know where I am in that journey... So I am just extending that same understanding towards homosexual people. And I want to feel free in being able to express that without someone trying to bring guilt into the equation... That's all.
How do you know all of these things that women feel? Are you a woman? Can you attest from personal experience? Have you listened to the women who oppose that argument or do they all agree with your assessment? Are you saying God made a mistake in putting prostate too close to the intestinalis wall, not expecting people to find it there? Is a woman's vagina not needing to be cleaned constantly to avoid contracting and spreading disease? Isn't dead blood just as much of a festering waste? It seems that these are all bias responses to wanting the answer to be aligned with your opinion, rather than truly investigating it, no offense... And just because I do not have final answer for you in this moment, does not mean that the answer automatically defaults to what is currently popular opinion... It just means that there are questions unanswered and until we undeniably know the answer to them, we'd do best not to assume we know... All I'm saying is that everything here is endlessly debatable and that we are not called to spread unnecessary fear in the lives of the confused, since most of our perspectives are simply bias interpretations geared to make us all feel comfortable within our own lives... There is an ideal path for everyone, but not everyone has the same ideal path...
A lesson or teaching from the Spirit of God will already be known by you immediately... You will inherently recognize it by default as truth, then if any doubts occur, that will come in next. If you honor the truth that you first felt and let it guide you through faith (the knowledge that something will occur even if it's unseen) you will be blessed beyond what you could have anticipated... If it's from God, it will feel like home... Men will often try to hijack the message in an effort to show you they know better than you... But Jesus left us the Holy Spirit, which dwells within you and knows you personally, down to the very fiber of your being... It knows the best path for YOU personally if you trust it... The other clue is that if the teaching, lesson or pull to action serves to leave you feeling inspired, confident and full of life... That is from God... If it leaves you feeling rejected and beat down, worrisome and fearful... That is from a demon or a confused man trying to sabotage your Devine connection... Let no man on this earth tell you that you cannot connect directly to God and find wisdom for your own personal journey... Show me a translation of ancient Hebrew text, which all other transcripts are translated from that explicitly mentions homosexuality? I recall it being Sodomy, which was originally more focused on rape, torture, child sex and beastiality... It would make sense back then for the time to include homosexuality because the world was still in the process of being populated and learning about unconditional love... But I digress...

Actually we have now moved simply into your ego defending itself... And not everyone is confused, just those who continue to think enforcing the laws of the old testament are more important the the message that Jesus brought to set us free... What is free to you anyway? Also, as a side note, if you must know, when I posted on this post, it was more directed towards the general audience, and was trying to raise the awareness that God's Word is Love trumps Law because none of us are able to follow the law anyway... Actually it's your interpretation of the scripture that disagrees with me... And that's okay if you did not read it, others will... It seems that you are the one bothered here brother... I doubt God is... In fact, we could do this all day buddy... But I am just not all that interested in lowering my point of attention to such a negative one... The real truth is that the word of God is multilateral in meaning in a way to communicate perfectly to each observing soul, exactly how they need it. Your truth is not my truth and vise versa, though they have similarities! However, we could find interpretations of the bible to throw back and forth for an eternity, in fact many wars have happened because MAN wants to control the meaning... But the way I see it is that Jesus demonstrated Love and compassion, where you are attempting to demonstrate authoritarianism (just like the Pharisees he confronted), thinking that is God's will... No, God's Will is simple and easy to follow in my mind... Then, lucifer had to come along and confused it and complicated it!
1)Do your best to be the best version of yourself, while demonstrating love to those around you. (That's between you and God... A personal affair!) 2) Aid your brother and don't stumble your brother (because if you guilt trip them to the point of rejecting God, it's on you!). 3)Love your neighbor as you love yourself and Love your enemies while defending your way and forgiving their trespasses (As God forgives yours!). 4)Do what you feel is right while pursuing your dreams, and adjusting to honor your neighbors' boundaries and the personal teachings of the Holy Spirit. 5)Honor and Thank God for all of the blessings you receive!
I mean it's pretty simple... And you could find a whole plethora of things in the bible to support all of that... I'm just not interested in doing it for you... But you do you and, rather than encouraging people to feel too ashamed of themselves to even approach God, I'll be helping people learn to fall in LOVE with God, as the Unconditionally loving father that knows his children better than anyone in the entire universe! Or are you going to now tell me that is not who God is? :)
He also taught us to love our enemy, forgive, turn the other cheek... Be wise as serpents and innocent as doves, never turn away your brother, no matter how many times he falls, etc. Don't forget the reason the rainbow exists is his promise to never do something like the flood to man ever again... Judgement is his not ours because we don't have the compassion or even the processing power to see enough necessary to be the judge... The apostles would have never gotten anywhere if they all held the "I told you so, now suffer" attitude... They were human and prone to mistakes, just like all of us here, which is why the always traveled in pairs... They knew they'd screw up from time to time and become mislead, so they required one another to pick each other up and dust each other off so they could carry on... Let's not forget who we claim to be siding with here! Sheep are sheep, not shepherds... Sometimes they wander too close to the cliffside in search for the greenest grass. The fact that the few we are can see at all is a complete blessing and should be honored with dignity in my opinion! Pride is a deadly sin after all!
