Initiated in February of 2003 as part of the “war on terror,” Project Bioshield seeks to further study the agents used in biological and chemical warfare. Research must be guided by NIAID’s Biodefense Research Agenda as a requirement of funding. The University confirmed this in its grant application: “should we receive funding … the facility would be devoted exclusively to … NIAID-defined research programs for 20 years.”
Funded through a nearly $150 million dollar federal grant, construction of such a facility creates the potential for institutions like Boston University to receive highly lucrative government contracts.
Boston Mayor Thomas Menino and Senators Edward Kennedy and John Kerry are backing the project."
So my question is.... if Project Bioshield seeks to further study agents used in biological and chemical warfare, and this facility is funded by Project Bioshield, and BU is devoted exclusively to NIAID defined research programs (per their grant).... what does that tell you about Cvd-19?
ACT NOW: Abolish the Unconstitutional OSHA!!!
The Occupational Safety and Hazard Administration (OSHA) is an unconstitutional federal agency that is dangerously infringing upon Americans’ individual, God-given freedoms. Congress must abolish it by enacting H.R. 5813.
H.R. 5813, titled the “Nullify Occupational Safety and Health Administration Act” or the “NOSHA Act,” is sponsored by U.S. Representative Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) and co-sponsored by seven other representatives. It is currently pending in the U.S. House Committee on Education and Labor. H.R. 5813 is a simple bill, with the bill text being short and concise. If enacted, it would repeal the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, which created OSHA, and abolish the federal agency.
Enforcing Vaccine Tyranny
OSHA was the agency tasked with implementing and enforcing Joe Biden’s executive order mandating that employers with over 100 employees force them to get the COVID vaccine. Although the U.S. Supreme Court blocked the mandate earlier this month, the federal agency was dutifully carrying out Biden’s unconstitutional order, was making plans to use whistleblowers to help enforce it, and was even considering expanding the mandate to also cover small businesses.
OSHA announced that it will circumvent the recent Supreme Court ruling blocking its vaccine mandate on employers and seek to implement it anyway. It will do this by withdrawing the rule, which formally was an emergency temporary standard (ETS), and replacing it with a permanent rule. In addition to enthusiastically implementing the mandate, OSHA was making plans to use whistleblowers to help enforce it, and was even considering expanding the mandate to also cover small businesses. The federal government will not stop until it successfully forces through this blatantly-unconstitutional and totalitarian mandate — another reason why Congress must enact H.R. 5813 to completely abolish OSHA!
In an interview with The New American, Representative Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) noted OSHA’s blatant disregard for the U.S. Constitution and for individual freedom:
One of the most troubling things about Biden’s … unconstitutional vaccine mandates that have been stopped by the courts is that the agencies who were tasked with enforcing them did not even question the fact that they were illegal. He told them to do something that was illegal they carried it out, and they carried it out until the courts stopped them. It’s almost Orwellian. The very agency that’s supposed to protect you from your employer doing something to you that you don’t want is forcing you to have your employer do something to you that you don’t want.
Unconstitutional Agency
Under the U.S. Constitution, there is no basis for OSHA’s existence. Article I, Section 8, does not give Congress any authority to regulate workplaces. Furthermore, the 10th Amendment makes clear that all powers not delegated to the federal government are reserved to the states and the people.
Representative Biggs alluded to this fact when he noted, “OSHA’s existence is yet another example of the federal government creating agencies to address issues that are more appropriately handled by state governments and private employers.”
Later, in an interview with The New American, Rep. Biggs stated:
That’s not a federal issue. There’s no constitutional authority for it, nor is there any moral authority for it. The states are the ones that interact with their citizenry, and they’re the ones that should be held accountable for whatever side they take on this. But we should not be doing [this in] the federal arena. …
So the federal regulation has no constitutional authority [and] no moral authority, and quite frankly, the states are the best place to regulate or not regulate because [they] are closest to those they are governing.
Not only is OSHA illegal, but it is part of the Deep State’s plan to abolish individual freedom in the U.S. As Alan Stang wrote in American Opinion in 1975:
Some businessmen have told your reporter of their fear that if they speak up, O.S.H.A. may close them down. The answer to that is: You have said nothing so far, and you are already almost out on the street. If you continue to do and say nothing, you will wind up crushing rock for the government, where the ‘protection’ of O.S.H.A. will not apply.
Before it is too late, you must realize that O.S.H.A. is not a labor-management disagreement. It is part of a Conspiracy by the Socialists who run our government to shut you down and take over. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain, if you stand and fight.
Accordingly, it is imperative that patriots stand up against this illegal and unaccountable agency. Not only should state legislatures constitutionally nullify OSHA, but Congress must enact H.R. 5813 to abolish it outright.
Tell your U.S. representative and senator to abolish OSHA and to oppose every other unconstitutional government agency or action.
