Not sure I have all the details but this is what I know so far. In 2019 Colombians started protesting all around the country (especially Cali) because the government has been increasing taxes on its middle class and decreasing them on its rich citizens.

During the pandemic, the protests slowed down but now they are trying to sneak a tax and people are back on the streets to protest. The government is attempting to sneak a 19% tax for family deaths that occur for ANY reason including COVID. This tax is supposedly for arrangements and other BS that people are obviously are not buying.

Looks like Colombia's government figured out how USA used the pandemic to transfer wealth and these South American countries are fed up. Colombia's government is deploying secret militias in order to murder whoever they choose.
