I moved Festivus to Dec 31st. We dress up like Halloween, drink like St. Paddy's, shoot fireworks like the 4th, give chocolates to lovers, a feast like Thanksgiving, presents like Christmas, and we hide them around the house like Easter.

We've been doing this since 2006, and the entire family loves it.
