As someone who knows Spanish, lives in Latin-America and followed Milei since before he was even in politics as a mere interesting economist in conferences, I have a better perspective than most in this forum.
Milei does not carry the surname "Mileikowsky" through his paternal line. A local news organization called "Reverso" got a hold of his birth certificate. Turns out, he was born as "Javier Gerardo Milei". Milei himself got asked about this "Mileikowsky" thingand he said it "was false".
His parents go by the names of: Norberto Horacio Milei & Alicia Luján Lucich. Bear in mind that not even in total hit-peace biography called "El Loco" (The crazy one) by Juan Luis Gonzales was there found any relationship between this supposed "Mileikowsky" thing and Milei. Believe me, if anything was found, it would have been mentioned in this biography pushed by the Argentinian political caste.
