Hello all, I would ask /health but that page is pretty quiet now. I'm not even 40 yet but my upper back and neck gets very stiff until I stretch it enough through the day to get the joints to pop. It never used to be like this. Chiropractic adjustment feels good for about 2 days until it starts again and I wonder if that's making it worse? My only health issue is that I have no gallbladder (didn't have a choice on that). Otherwise I exercise, take vitamins, and have been on keto and intermittent fasting for a few months (down 16 pounds!). Am I missing something in my diet, or is my lack of fat digestion catching up to me? Thank you for any information. God bless you all (:
