Now ive dabbled in placefaggotry here and there, but what are the rules for flying over residential areas?

Ive lived here for 30 years and never seen activity like i have this year. We have A10's and F15's flying full out just over the tree line.

And thats odd because theyre never reporting, damn near buzzing the trees lines, flying extremely fast, and i thought both were retired and out of service.

I've never seen that before until this year. Now we get them frequently, just had another one 10 minutes ago matter of fact. Is this odd? And what are rules over residential?
