Over the past months I have often had difficulty accessing GAW.
Sometimes the browser times out. When I finally regain access, there are no signs that the site itself was actually down.
Sometimes I can access the site, but when I try to post a comment, the comment will not be saved, and upon refreshing my screen, I can no longer access GAW for a period of time.
This problem happens with multiple browsers. The problem only happens with .win sites (GAW is 99% of my .win time).
Recently I discovered that if I switch to browse with my mobile data, the problem disappears - I can instantly access or post.
My conclusion is that my ISP is limiting access to GAW.
is there any way to get around this? If my mobile provider also decides to participate in this program, I could eventually get cut off from GAW.
