The state's appeal to the verdict last Tuesday where curfew was declared illegal was heard today. The state made a very weak case and did not manage to refute almost any of the points that he plaintiffs made.

Meanwhile the state has been scrambling to refit their curfew legislation by passing it through the house and the sentate. The senate passed this legislation mere hours ago.
