Well, that might be what the HEADLINES say.
But, when you read the second or third paragraph beneath the headlines (and please, I implore you to do so...) you'll see the rest of the story.
And the rest of the story clearly states that employers must accommodate employees who do not get the vaccine due to medical or religious exemptions.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE EEOC
(1) The EEOC did not change the law -- because the EEOC does not make law.
(2) The EEOC is a federal agency called the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
(3) The EEOC upholds federal non-discrimination laws.
(4) The EEOC is on YOUR side as an employee.
(5) The EEOC has sued many companies that discriminate against employees based on their age, disability and/or religion or other protected characteristics.
(6) Most importantly -- the EEOC confirms and reaffirms the fact that employers MUST provide reasonable accommodations for those who do not want to be vaccinated. PERIOD.

I took an elderly lady into A&E...she was having a TIA/mini stroke. Her speech was altered but her mind was clear. The TIA was clearly resolving. As I was verbally handing over to the doctor a nurse came at her and states "I need to swab you" she then shoved away!
My lady jerked her head back and stared in horror as the nurse walked off....the nurse hurt her, the nurse did not gain consent.
My heart broke and I felt like shit. The lady looked at me and two big tears fell.
I'm not doing this anymore.
I have been a part of this... ignorantly but still a part of it, believing I was doing the right thing following "Trust policy"

US lawyer Robert Barnes, working with Robert F. Kennedy Jr., will be filing suits against 3 groups in the US over the next 2 weeks: government, employers and educational institutions, which are trying to force vaccines on people.
Anybody obliging others to take a vaccine is breaking the law. EUA (emergency use authorization) requires informed consent on the part of recipients. Further, forcing these vaccines violates core constitutional rights. Already people are being fired over their refusal. A further aspect is that people are being required to divulge personal medical information which is not permitted under the law. The goal is to bring back medical privacy and bring back informed consent.
Under Emergency Use Authorization approval, which is how these ‘vaccines’ are being permitted, nobody can be compelled to take the jab. No injections can be compelled.
This is the first attempt to mandate drugs on people since the Nuremberg Code of 1947 (which instituted informed consent as a major principle) without them understanding it and consenting to it, forcing it on people through coercion of employment, travel, education, etc. The Nuremberg Code is recognized in US. Further, the vaccines, approved under Emergency Use Authorization, have not met the criteria to be considered regular pharmaceutical drugs. Put the two together: how can you have informed consent about a drug that hasn’t met the required medical testing criteria, that we don’t have all the information on?
From 9 years ago, studies showed that vaccines against the original SARS-CoV were damaging to the human body. There is no successful history against coronavirus vaccines.
Package inserts for the Janssen vaccine (Johnson and Johnson) are BLANK.
It’s now widely accepted that the virus came out of a lab, timed to attack the Trump presidency.
Is it just coincidence that China created these lockdown policy approaches and the technological surveillance? For all the initial virus hype in China, it didn’t end up having many deaths. What if China did this to produce pure theatre? Now China and India have banned the mRNA vaccines. They won’t take the Gates’ vaccines while the West must?? In my years covering the attempted takedown of the United States, I have never seen such simultaneous high-drama as we are seeing now. Amazingly, Biden still does not have access to the nuclear codes.
On April 19, 2021, my day started at 3AM. My phone began ringing off the hook. As I reported yesterday, I received multiple reports that this past Friday, Biden was denied entry into the Pentagon. Biden was allegedly told that that the order came directly from Gen. David H. Berger, Commandant of the United States Marine Corps and a ranking member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and that General Milley was no longer in charge.
I clearly stated on Paul Preston’s show, later that same morning that there was clearly smoke to this fire regarding the Marine Corps and Biden. However, I was not entirely confident in the details of the report. I am now!
Four hours later, both Paul Preston and myself are convinced from different sources that this event did indeed take place. Additional facts have come to light as well.
It is now coming out that Putin and Trump secretly met two weeks ago. Putin has aligned with Netanyahu against Biden and his intention to arm Iran with nuclear capability. Both Paul Preston and myself have been informed that Putin informed Trump that he had stationed several nuclear submarines off of the Eastern Seaboard off of the United States. Putin is waiting for the fields of Ukraine to dry out and then the Russian tanks are crossing into Ukraine. If Biden interferes America will be nuked. Subsequent to Paul Preston’s revelations, I have learned that many C-147’s have landed in Ukraine. Is Biden giving Ukraine nuclear capability? We also know that the Biden is being blackmailed by Ukraine over Burisma, so this is a completely plausible story.
The opposition to Biden has grown beyond the Marines. The entire military is feeling betrayed and they are realizing their ultimate fate at the hands of the CHICOMS that are stationed both on our Northern and Southern Borders. Both Paul Preston and I have learned that Trump is operating under a form of Continuity of Government. World leaders are moving against Biden as well as they know that the Great Reset means the destruction of their nations. Some fear a purge of world leaders is desired and needed to implement the new order coming from the World Economic Forum.
While Trump is prepping several world leaders, he appeared on Hannity to prep the American people. His entire agenda was to demonstrate where Biden is taking this nation. This was a patriotic call to arms.
When one considers what is happening with the insurrection and incitement to riot by Maxine Waters, it is clear to see that here job is get race riots started by forcing a mistrial in the Chauvin hearing. Hence, as I have already stated, Biden could call on his friends at the UN to invoke the Kigali Principles. This would be instant civil war!
More facts have come to light as well. Over the next few days, two court cases loom large in California. Both cases ultimately could decide the fate of California’s 55 electoral college votes. Newsom clearly used illegal ballots and all 22 million of these should be thrown out. If these votes are thrown out, then Biden cannot remain as President. However, and as discussed with a Federal LEO, who is going to enforce the rule of law? The only answer would be the military and perhaps this is why Putin is allowing America a few short weeks to get their act together.
Also, on center stage, is the Maricopa County forensic audit. I have no idea what is happening except that I have learned that there have been attempts at interference already in the process.
Putin has expressed concern that he fears being attacked by China. One of his major fears lies in the fact that most of Putin’s tank commanders are Asian. Some are fearful they may not be entirely loyal to Putin if push comes to shove with China.
There is the 800 pound elephant in the room. Why is Biden so determined to have Russia and the US engage in a war? The answer is simple. If Russia and America lie in ruins, China has full reign to become the undisputed world policeman through the lack of opposition. China cannot project military power on a global scale. However, without opposition, it becomes a moot point.
In light of everything printed here, does the fencing around the White House make sense now? People ask me if Israeli and Russian soldiers will assist the America military to remove Biden? I have no information on this and I frankly doubt the US would ever accept this. However, tactical and logistical support is something else entirely.
This is the stuff that military counter-coups are made of. Civil Wars have started for less as have world wars. This story has many dynamic and moving parts and it is impossible to make accurate predictions. One thing can be said for certain, the United States will not look the same come September, or sooner.

You have recently told me that I am now required to consent to weekly PCR testing at work, to determine my SARS-CoV-2 status.
This letter is to inform you that I decline consent to the same for ethical and other reasons which I set out below.
- Physical and mental Health concerns.
It is now a well established fact that the PCR testing swabs are sterilised in Ethylene Oxide [1]. This is a Group 1 Carcinogen, which means it is a potent cancer causing chemical [2]. Short term exposure to ethylene oxide can also cause eye and upper respiratory tract irritation, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, malaise, fatigue, muscle weakness, and signs and symptoms of peripheral neuropathy [3]. I am unwilling to subject myself to such health hazards and neither should I have to.
If I test positive, this is likely to be a false positive as the PCR test is highly inaccurate [4]. However, a positive result would mean that I and my entire family would have to self isolate for 10 days. This would adversely affect the mental health of myself and my family, which has already been compromised during the last year. I regret that neither myself nor my family would be able to mentally cope with what could potentially be reoccurring isolations due to ongoing testing
- Contractual concerns
My contract of employment with you does not state that I must be tested weekly for any illness whatsoever. You cannot change my contract of employment without my agreement and if you seek to do so, I will have rights under constructive or unfair dismissal law.
- Your obligations as an employer
As I am sure you are aware, you have duties and obligations to all your employees under Health and Safety at Work legislation. Whilst you may feel testing staff falls within this remit, given the health issues connected to the ethylene oxide on the PCR swabs, I believe you are in fact breaching your obligations to your employees by requiring them to take a test given the health issues connected to ethylene oxide.
I would like to reach a satisfactory conclusion between us about this issue, and I feel sure we can do so, given I have now set out my reasons for declining weekly testing.
However, if we are unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion, I regret to inform you that I will have no choice but to raise this matter as an official grievance, and take legal action as may be necessary.
In ending I should make clear that I am of course happy to self isolate if I feel unwell, and would naturally inform you of the same.

Saw this post on reddit re: the Game Stop debacle. The last paragraph (I bolded it for emphasis) caught my attention as it may link to the Q drop about suicide weekend.
I believe we also have some white hat support with GME, with the Fed crashing just long enough to expose the algorithms they use to manipulate the market—Fed goes down, GME and other stocks shoot up. Now the manipulation has been made public and even hit the fake news.
So what if this short squeeze is being enabled as a beautifully ironic means to enact a reverse wealth transfer from the corrupt hedgies back to us little guys? Then it all ties together.

Second, big hedge funds are partnering up, but this is where comes the problem, imagine that you will try to rob a bank, what make you sure that the people that you partner with won't kill you to have less people to share the money with ? Because that is exactly what would happen if the mil just rolled in and arrested a handful of corrupt politicians. So as much as we all want to see the cavalry ride up on their white horses, war is never simple, clean or easy. And there are always casualties. Regrettable, but unavoidable.
Waiting, especially when you cant see anything being done, is agony. I get it. But just because you cant SEE the action doesn't mean it isn't happening.
Yes, there is damage being done and people are hurting. But just think how much worse it would be if this plan failed because they were rushing to satisfy our demands to “see action now” instead of getting it done correctly to make sure no deep state traitors are left to fester into another systemic, rotting infection!
However, I also believe that the rescue efforts with the kids started in 2017 and have been priority one. They just cant reveal any of that publicly yet. But all the recent explosions and so called quakes (many reported quakes show energy disbursement patterns more typical of explosions) are likely evidence of the mil destroying the DS tunnel systems now that the kids have been removed.
Patience. We win. God wins.

America was turned into a corporation ruled by a Masonic city state — Washington DC — that was effectively an extension of the alliance of the British Crown (i.e. City of London freemasons) and the Vatican (i.e. Rome freemasons) plus the bloodline families (i.e. occultist banking and commerce mafia).
This allowed maritime and contractual law to displace the people’s sovereign rights under common law, and opened the way for the unconstitutional Federal Reserve to impose debt slavery on Americans. The history of America is a nonstop tussle between individual and state sovereignty versus federal and bankster oligarchy. The good news is that the former have won, and we’re in the final phase of restoring liberty.
The Chinese Communist Party is the front through which the globalist totalitarian banking aristocracy has been operating its plan to gain complete control of this planet. November 2020 was an attempt by the CCP to hijack America — the last bastion of true freedom due to an armed populace — via a classic colour revolution. Demoralise the public via a scamdemic, impose economic hardship by closing small businesses, kill some old people in nursing homes to spread fear and terror, and spray pervasive media lies over any opponent. Then use election fraud to seize control without having to send a single soldier or fire a shot.
I was stunned recently when an otherwise lucid professional associate — whose work I admire — said there was no election fraud. The zillionth item of evidence is the hand recount in New Hampshire where the Dominion voting machines short changed only Republican candidates. If you cannot find the evidence, please go back to the beginning of this article and reconsider whether you might be a dangerous moron. Because refusal to consider the possibility and look at the data would surely qualify you for that title.
This election fraud has been going on for decades — a century and more, even. The Bush vs Gore matter in 2000 surfaced a lot of the problems. Our “liberal” (i.e. authoritarian) leftist friends used to complain about the lack of transparency and trustworthiness of voting machines, until it was the hated Donald Trump who was the victim. Then they went silent and decided it was of no importance. Oh well, dangerous morons are a thing after all. We’ll all get over it when the truth comes out.
If you are not a dangerous moron, it is obvious that there is no “Joe Biden” presidency. A fake and unconstitutional prerecorded “inauguration” (where the weather kept magically changing with the camera angle) was attended by military not wearing insignia. There was no handover of the nuclear code “football”, no arrival on Air Force One, no foreign dignitaries, and no salutes.
The White House is empty and dark right now, and there is no Marine guard. The pictures of the Oval Office are visibly of a movie set; they’ve even recycled some of the art from a previous show. Trump hinted in 2019 it wasn’t really Joe Biden himself by calling him “Joe Bidan”, and you can look closely and see it isn’t him. The ears and shape of head are different. Whether it is a double, clone, CGI, actor in a latex mask, hologram, ghostly apparition from another dimension, or all the above — I don’t care and it doesn’t matter.
It isn’t just a fake Presidency, it seems like the whole election was a fake — a sting operation to draw out every cunning clown who thought they could get away with a communist takeover in America. Remember, these things are not announced in advance. You only find you’ve got a real communist in power when potential opposition is being exterminated (with no media coverage). You also only get to find out it’s a sting operation when it’s over (and the official state media are discredited).
President Trump has a long history of election fraud tweets. This operation to retake America for its People has been planned for decades. He has executive orders on election fraud and human rights, allowing him to seize the assets of those conspiring against the public and breaking their oath of office. The Stafford Act, 2019 Presidential Handover Act, and Insurrection Act give him the needed powers and allow FEMA and the military to take control. PEADs — Presidential Emergency Action Documents — were established under Eisenhower and are the “nuclear option” of continuity of government for exactly this kind of exigency.
Remember, if you have read this far then you’re not a dangerous moron, so this is all objective stuff that we can believe in. Rational empirical people are driven by evidence, not prior belief or limits of our imagination.
Washington DC is now a prison complex under the control of Gen Walker, not the Mayor, nor “President Bidan”. This allows military tribunals to run for the election fraud: traitors don’t get to spend years fighting in corrupt civilian courts when you work for the CCP. Child sex trafficking is the bedrock of power via blackmail, and its underground infrastructure can be flushed of the nightmarish nastiness that has long been going on. Those responsible won’t be seen again, and deservedly so.
Capturing the leadership of a defunct corporate government that does not represent the people is a political booby prize. Returning power to the people means taking it away from this unaccountable capital of the cancer of corruption. In other words, Washington DC is OVER and FINISHED: it is about to become a museum and alligator swamp reserve. The whole place is one deceptive occult hellhole from conception to demolition. It cannot stand as a totem of the sovereign American People.
The establishment of a new free American Republic involves a cutover from the old and bankrupt corporate entity that the “Joe Bidan” movie character heads up. It cannot be done instantly, and those who are losing power would love to create chaos and deny the public their rights and inheritance. Capturing and removing the Deep State isn’t enough; you also need to deliver a functioning society afterwards.
There are very specific benefits of Donald Trump being “off stage” during this transition period:
The corrupt mass media that is under CCP control cannot accuse Trump of being a military dictator when the US military overtly becomes in control. It preserves the legality of the change, and avoids confusion for the public of which Presidency they are endorsing (corporate entity vs federation of sovereign states).
It ensures the safety of both President Trump and his family, since they are assassination targets. It also avoids the need for rallies or other events where the public would be put at risk of terrorism. “Joe Bidan” can do increasingly absurd things in the “show” — like zany “rule by executive order” — to wake up more “normies” and decrease the “dangerous moron” count.
You can do military operations that otherwise would be politically unacceptable (think Iran, Syria). Any chaos is attached to the Deep State and its Democratic and RINO operatives. It gives time for the global takedown to occur, since this all has to be synchronised. Even if America is ready, success is removing all bases of power from which this criminality could return. Finally, and most importantly, it sets up the total destruction of the Mockingbird Media. They are fully invested in promoting “The Bidan Show” as objective reality. But as with the Truman Show, there is a moment when it “glitches” and the stage set is visible. It only takes the President Bidan actor to remove his latex mask on TV, and it’s all over, as the illusion machine is shattered.
Frank Zappa, no stranger to the military-industrial-entertainment complex, once said: “The illusion of freedom will continue as long as it's profitable to continue the illusion. At the point where the illusion becomes too expensive to maintain, they will just take down the scenery, they will pull back the curtains, they will move the tables and chairs out of the way and you will see the brick wall at the back of the theater.”
He was nearly right. The deceived element of the public (including a large subset of dangerous morons who pose a civil war risk to us all) will get to watch the curtain pulled back, but instead of a brick wall, they will find that the whole theatre has been dismantled around them. They are free; their “Plato’s Cave” has been excavated and opened to the fresh air.
So the “big picture” is that we are watching a total reboot of America, and consequently the world. When a computer reboots its operating system goes down a series of “run levels”, and then back up again. We are experiencing the same thing in America: “The Bidan Show” is just a “holding screen” and distraction put on to educate the public while the military does the election fraud cleanup operation. This is done at the lowest Constitutional “run level” where normal civilian government is (quietly) suspended. The inevitable riots and chaos of the wakeup phase — when this is all official and in the open— have to wait until the cleanup is finished. One problem at a time.
As this corrupt bankocracy is removed from power we will likely experience a financial reset, exposure of these war crimes, and disclosure of the hidden technology that has been hoarded by a minority in secret (yet paid for by the public). Having Donald Trump immediately be re-elected in November would have been a strategic failure, even if it offered a temporary emotional release. It would have perpetuated the fake corporate government, and sustained the illusion of its legitimacy. The two real tasks are to prevent a descent into civil war in the short run, and to prevent a recurrence of this horror show in the long run. “The Bidan Show” is a necessary “liminal passage” in the story of the rebirth of America. It cleverly skirts around the traps that would lead to disaster and the prize of peace being snatched away at the last minute.
The cancer of corruption is an aggressive one, and returns easily. Its cure demands the total elimination if the mass media brainwashing machine. You may have noticed how quiet Hollywood has been recently; it is equally as finished as Washington DC. Allowing the election fraud to happen sets up the case for strong voter ID and robust election technology. Changes that were previously unthinkable will be demanded by all as they understand how close they came to losing their Republic and freedom.
Saving America is not the hard part; keeping her saved is the real struggle. Only a massive cultural shift can achieve this. "The Bidan Show" triggers self-identification of the “dangerous morons” and authoritarian colluders in our society. Their loss of credibiltiy in turn forces a reordering of power among the people towards Patriots. A lot of arrogant and prideful dangerous morons are about to get the hardest lesson of their lives as their conceit and carelessness is exposed. Academia is set for revolt and revolution, mass media for implosion, “sick care” medicine for replacement. It's an "apocalypse of authority".
The Q military intelligence operation has prepared Patriots for this time of upheaval — The Great Awakening. We are given objective reasons to believe this is a carefully planned process with a benevolent outcome, so we do not engage in our own insurrection against an illegitimate entity in Washington DC. The genius combination of plausible deniability and strategic ambiguity delivers exactly the right information at the right moments to those with the eyes to see. Shelves of books will be written about how this sensational covert military plan was executed.
The bottom line is that we are in an epic transition from slavery to sovereignty, poverty to prosperity, and war to peace. We may have some difficult struggles ahead — food shortages, nature causing havoc, genocidal pharma “vaccines” — but we will overcome them. But at least we won’t have to endure the lies of the Mockingbird Media for much longer.
Nor will we have to suffer the mocking of dangerous morons. “The Bidan Show” says wakeup time is almost here for everyone. The multi-year cleanup is nearly done. America has been saved by its military and Patriots. The whole world is next.
