Arizona audit, So now what happens? How long till we know?

Noticed something a little weird on videos from the area of counting. Notice no clocks. Now go and find someone walking , click on it to stop video. now count to 5 and re-click. notice that the walking man takes right off where you stopped it... If it were live he would have jumped a few steps. ..Just something I noticed.
