I have a question… Is the Supreme Court itself above the law? In particular, individual members.
In the case where the Constitution CLEARLY says one thing and the Justice’s opinion goes contrary to that, what is the legal recourse? If the constitution CLEARLY says the grass is green and their opinion is predicated on it being red, which is OBJECTIVELY not true, what recourse is there to remove a justice? What is the check against the court itself being corrupt? I don’t feel like it can only be “wait until the other side takes the majority, and MAYBE you’ll get to nominate a couple justices”. If they make enough wrong decisions, it could start a snowball leading to Dems never losing again. The failure to hear the Texas case from the 2020 election comes to mind.

I understand some of the concerns about Ramaswamy, however the fact that EVERYONE is going after him tonight, including the commentators, AND he is appearing to answer everything correctly (support of Trump, his stance on NOT funding Ukraine, etc), makes me think he may be onto something. DJT is still my number one by an unmeasurable distance, but the fact that there is so much venom toward Vivek makes me think he’s doing something right.

I’ve asked this before, but never get a satisfactory answer… If Ukraine LOSES the war to Russia, what happens to all the billions in dollars and material we’ve sent them? Who owes us? How do we get repaid and made whole? My guess is we are just screwed… we gave away the American taxpayers money without permission and contributed mightily to our deepening debt… essentially we threw money down the toilet.

You never see this brought up in the media, for “reasons”. I suspect it’s because it’s just a continuation of the money-laundering operation that has been going on there since before this skirmish. The higher ups in media are controlled by their masters who probably benefit from the laundering.

Related subject… I am in fairly rural MO. A couple of weeks ago as I was getting off the highway to drive back through the wooded roads that connect to my house I noticed a bright light overhead. It looked like a spotlight. As I turned off the high way and drive along the backroads I kept an eye on it. Eventually the spotlight went off, but there were still “nav” lights on the sides. What I thought was strange is that helicopters are LOUD, but I couldn’t hear anything. As I kept driving toward my house I eventually ended up directly beneath it. There was nobody behind me, so I came to a stop and opened the windows. Not only was it quiet, it was SILENT. I’ve heard many drones before - I even own one, but even drones make a pretty good racket with those four little high speed motors whirring away. I estimate it was only 100’ - 150’ in the air, but there was no moonlight to speak of, so I couldn’t even see a silhouette, just the lights. It was too close and too quiet to even be a drone. Besides, who would be flying a silent drone down this empty country road? I don’t have any answers, it was just weird. I’m glad my daughter was with me to corroborate my story.

I haven’t heard anyone mention this, and I’m hoping it’s because they are just a little too afraid to poke the hornet’s nest too hard before the election. What I would like to see is a three-pronged initiative once Rs recover the House and Senate:

1. impeach Brandon immediately. There are numerous good reasons, but if you had to pick one, I’d say the botched Afghanistan withdrawal would probably top my list.
2. impeach Kameltoe immediately. Again - numerous reasons, but her blatant failure to secure the border is at the top.
3. just basically UNDO anything Brandon has done on behalf of his cabal cronies the last 2 years.

They are playing us on both ends… forcing BS regulations that drive up the cost of fossil fuels, which makes it tempting to get an eV, meanwhile also making the generation of electricity MUCH more expensive as well, while ALSO increasing demand for electricity, which will ultimately drive the price of electricity up to the point where it is more expensive to drive AND heat/cool your home than it was before all this nonsense! But wait! Big Government has the solution! Mobility is over-rated they’ll say. Why don’t you all just move into these urban relocation zones, where everything is at your fingertips and you don’t need a vehicle. You can also live in these housing complexes that we will keep climate controlled for you. Just give up your freedom and autonomy… it’s easier this way. Bookmark this and look back in 10 years. This IS where we are heading unless someone (like Trump or another outsider) disrupts the plan.

So the economy is crumbling, inflation is rampant, the world sits at the brink of war, our “President” is being directed by a person in a rabbit costume, food shortages are coming, the media is ignoring the bombshell of our “president” and his family trading influence for cash and favors in the corrupt Ukraine and what does Fox News focus on ALL MORNING…Johnny Depp trial?!? Who honestly gives a crap about this celebrity garbage??? What is happening that we are being redirected from seeing now???

I’m not a legal scholar and maybe this has been discussed before, but I believe I have a solution or at least a TACTIC, to address the fuel price issue. If this has been previously discussed, I apologize in advance. It seems apparent to anyone who is honest that the bind we are in now is due to Biden’s day 1 EOs on pipelines/drilling/exploration. Where is the legislature to put forth a CLEAN bill to simply reverse this back to the Trump policy? No pork, no carve-outs, just a simple one page bill that reverses the EO and guarantees a reasonable investment timeline to lock in the changes for companies to ensure their investment won’t be an immediate waste - say 20 years. That’s it! A simple, clean bill. Best case, it garners enough approval from reps and Senators catching pressure from their constituents that it passes and we get some relief.
Worst case, we get a true head-count of who is willfully choosing to destroy the household income of millions of citizens. The key is to keep the bill clean so those that vote no can’t blame it on some tangential wording that is thrown in.
