Also am I understanding correctly that warrants are almost “free money” given that you can buy them for 27.70 and then I believe 11.50 a share at a later date when it is trading at 66 a share? Or is there still risk involved?

Wife and I did not get Covid vax, my oldest hasn’t had vax in 7 years and won’t have any more, and my youngest is completely vax free but we have still been catching all kinds of crap and I’m starting to wonder if there is something sketchy going on making people sick. We live a pretty normal life in a mid size city but the cough we got lasted weeks and went through all of us.
My son is in childcare a couple days a week and the older one goes to middle school so maybe we were unlucky and just caught some from their germs?
Just want some outside thoughts. I rarely get sick in the past.

Ever since the odd Q dissapearance nothing makes sense except that trump is not some secret mastermind and parts of the plan had no real contingencies.
It never made sense for Q in the darkest hour of election fraud to dissapear. It also never made sense for big tech not to be stopped, vaccines to be pushed, and at a certain point it never made sense to give crypric hat tips to our community instead of calling to action.

I live in alabama and due to high heat index our utility company is issuing "voluntary curtailment" from 2pm to 5pm to reduce the load on the plant. Something tells me the voluntary part is temporary...

I am a total noob to warrants and am seeking some answers. I own a couple hundred shares of DWACW and no matter how much I read I still do not fully understand how it works.
1: What is the estimated date of this merger and does it appear to still be going smoothly (From what I can find it sounds like everything is still good)
2: Once the merger happens what are the total additional fees to convert each warrant into stock ?
As an example lets assume warrants are $30 when it succeeds which is close to today's price: What would the fee structure look like and what would be the potential gains assuming DWAC is at $100 when everything completes.
3: Not seeking formal financial advice but is it better to own DWAC stock outright or go deeper on warrants since you stand to gain a lot more at this current juncture with a little more risk?

I just wanted to post about my hospital stay experience currently since many here dont work around healthcare and often times it is hard to see what is really happening in the hospitals. I am in the south for a reference point since obviously some states would likely have far different policies.
Background: My wife and I are both unvaxxed and were 30 weeks pregnant when this adventure started I have been at the hospital about 2 weeks now. My wifes water broke and we were on bed rest for a week before she got an infection she couldnt shake and they made the decision to deliver via C section at 31 weeks and 2 days (original due date Feb 25th). Mom is doing much better but still battling infection so still in hospital and baby is healthy as a horse born at 4lb 3oz (big for 31 weeks) rocking in the chair on my chest as i type this but still in nicu till he can bottle/breastfeed on his own.
Observations: 1: people wear masks but it isnt really taken as seriously as you would think. They have even let me take it off some while spending time with my little one in nicu. Funny how he can lay on my chest with the worlds deadliest virus huh?
2: they changed the covid policy yesterday so that no one can visit the baby except mom and I. Until yesterday anyone can visit as long as it was one at a time with a parent present. Only me and one other can visit my wife the duration of her stay, no more rotating visitors allowed. My 9 year old is not allowed to visit either way because he isnt 16 which is not cool but probably common for nicu :( Apparently "covid is on the rise" thanks to nomnomnicron or whatever the virus of the day is.
3: nicu nurse said the past year or so they have seen closer to 75 babies at a time instead of around 60. Are more people having babies because of covid boredom or could vax be increasing likelihood of preemies? Regional hospital so it isnt just our city, many things could possibly account for this but it seemed significant to her.
4: nicu nurse said they are not happy with the new changes to visitor policy themselves. Even the ones who are actually worried about covid. They have families too after all and some have grandkids and kids on the way.
5: overall this wing of the hospital does not seem panicked by covid and i have not heard anyone overly concerned nor any rumours about overcrowding.
6: They tested my wife once for covid and flu and she was negative and it has not been mentioned again. Amazingly they never required me to get tested or even required a temperature check...also stunning since we are being ravaged by a deadly virus.
7: the nurses overall have been great and caring to us and to baby. No clue how many are vaxxed here but no one has been pushy about anything or preachy about vax.
8: they have not pushed the vax at all other than on initial check in when they asked if mom was vaxxed. Never asked me if i wanted it or anything. They said no vaccines are given without consent except RSV and that is only if the lung specialist doctor orders it for baby (this is not common, only for preemies or babies with respiratory issues at birth). They did mention hep b vax and gave us a flyer for it but he is too young and i told them ill pass on signing that waiver and they werent bothered by that at all.
9: feel free to ask questions about anything i did not address and i will do my best to answer. Long story short in my area they dont seem to be too worried about anything except the from an admin/policy standpoint.
I was thinking this week that it makes me really nervous that we are trying to resolve this corruption through a corrupt legal system. I know military is the only way but that comes with its own set of risky issues.
If the plan doesnt end in the complete destruction of the fed, interest rates/lending, legal structure rework, schooling, and even requirements for politicians with transparency then i am going to go out on a limb and say it isnt a very good plan.

Catturd: If the interview wirh him is actually him then he is close enough to the president to play golf with him, has a thick southern accent, likely is a marine veteran, played in a band when younger, lives in North florida, and is around 55 to 65 age range. Ellison also says he is friends with her and trump.

Im the first 10 minutes of their latest special they talk about how Kenny was working with Nasa and about to break open information that was going to harm lots of high power people before they killed him. Additionally there are many hints of the dystopic future in store. Q said that you would laugh when you found out some of the people working with them...i kind of wonder if south park has been a truth pill for awhile because they have made crazy claims and exposed a lot of what Q talks about. Corporate mickey, abuse of stars like jonas brothers, china virus and trying to by integrity (tegridy farms).....it would be epic.
After seeing all of these posts about Lin Wood, Byrne, Flynn, Trump, etc.. I wanted to make a post and gather honest opinions about who to trust and how we can identify or bring forth decent leaders? In my opinion our entire movement needs real leaders to step forward and provide clear guidance on what to do and how to organize against this worldwide tyranny.
If we are being completely honest the Q movement left us with a huge problem...We are supposed to trust that there is a nameless group that is cleaning up corruption and crime with no face to its leadership publicly and no one stepping in to fully lead because no one knows who was in charge or they will not say it even if they do. Unfortunately this runs counter to our human nature because we want to see to believe. Sure there are proofs and there are countless separate efforts being led like Pillow Man lawsuits, public rallies, Save America, etc.. but Flynn himself has come out and said no one is coming to save us and we have to figure this out together as well as Powell saying she works separately from Trump and doesn't know what he is doing and as well as others seeming to never fully understand what is going on. This is confusing and disheartening. For the sake of this post pretend Q does not exist and look objectively at our "leadership" when you take a look at these pros/cons
Trump = B- Rating - Great organizer and great at getting people to rally behind a particular cause or event. He would be a great leader but he is not transparent enough, seems to be pro-vaccine, loves choosing RINOs, and at times has even gives conflicting advice on whether or not we should or should not vote since 2020 was stolen. Hell, technically Trump never even explained January 6th which at this point is absolutely absurd to me considering he called us there. Did he know or was he caught off-guard? It is okay for a leader to admit a mistake or clarify, but in my opinion Trump has not earned his title of mastermind until there are receipts for his actions (Visual arrests, understanding of his pro vax stance, explanations on what happened January 6th, why he never wrote an executive order against big tech, why he never backed a lot of his most ardent supporters verbally while staying silent on many giant issues). I am speaking objectively hear and trying to view this as someone who has never heard of Q and when viewed objectively Trump was a great pro America guy who threw banging rallies and talked a lot of smack on TV. He got some deals done in the middle east and propped up the economy but publicly bowed out of office after clearly getting cheated and barely even spoke out about it when a sitting president should be sending red alert signals to everyone and utilizing everything in existence every single day to explain that the nation was completely stolen (He points it out casually like it is a sports game, but he has the platform that he could rally us with the snap of his fingers and yet he doesn't).
Pillow Man Lindell = A- Rating - Lindell is putting his money where his mouth is and exposing as much as he can as quick as possible in regards to election fraud. He took hits on advertising losing his fox deal and getting pulled from major retailers and he held a cyber conference that was not quite as put together as we hoped but was informative. He is charismatic with a great comeback story however he is pigeon holed into the election category and is virtually irrelevant in any wider topics of discussion as far as how to move forward on anything other than election fraud.
Flynn - B- Rating - Was persecuted by the deep state, is a decent speaker, and seems to be doing a lot of rounds with the patriot movement, but his only stated plan is to "Get active in politics" which is equivalent to me telling someone to just go to the driving range if you want to be Tiger Woods. No sense of direction, really vague advice, and again no clear path forward for our movement. He sometimes contradicts himself and leaves mixed feelings on the current situation. Overall he is not super positive and even defeatist. Maybe because he has gone against the beast and knows the true evil we are fighting? Idk.
Trump Jr. = B- Rating - General of the meme wars, funny, charismatic, plenty of great talking points, positive attitude, and witty comments. Seems to back his dad fully but does not seem to get involved in anything other than shit talking dems and appearing for speeches at hunting shows.
Byrne and Powell = C+ Rating - Both seem to do good at different times but both remain relatively quiet and are again pigeonholed by the current lawsuits they are facing. Powell helped free Flynn but ever since she was sued by dominion she has had her hands tied fighting that and exposing what she can. Byrne has been a good voice making the rounds and seems to know more than he says but also remains quiet and holds his cards close. Overall neither is leadership material in my opinion but they do have parts to play in this fight.
Lin Wood = C+ Rating - Charismatic and pretty good at rallies. Talks a lot about the Truth but at the same time has not been vindicated with receipts for many of the statements he has made. He did a lot to expose Georgia but currently does not seem to be doing anything substantial other than to swear he speaks truth and claim Epstein is alive despite the fact that there is still no proof of this as far as we are concerned.
CodeMonkey = C+ Rating - Remains outspoken against fraud, puts himself out there to run for office, but comes across a little dull to me as far as being a potential leader. I admit I do not follow him much but he seems to not have the charisma I think we need in a leader. I think he could get a lot done quietly in the background and still make a splash occasionally with big announcements.
Summary: Our movement has made leaps and strides in awakening others but in my opinion it does not seem to be giving us the leadership we need to succeed as a movement and take back strategic parts of our government aside from making us want to run off the grid, build a bunker, homeschool, and unplug from all things media and corporate. All the leadership seems disjointed or segment (Albeit maybe this is intentional) and also seems a little out of touch. Quite frankly most of them are well-to-do when you consider the average American income and enjoy luxuries even in hard times that we do not often get to experience. Maybe they visit these message boards or maybe they are so sucked into PACs and other required crap you have to do as a political leader to get involved and help organize. Who do you think should lead or how do we get the already decent leaders to take initiative and become great leaders? Maybe it is all part of the plan but at this point we are 1 year in and even as someone who comes here daily it is glaringly apparent that even our figureheads do not openly acknowledge a lot of what we do here or the movement as a whole. At this point I believe we should have some clear strategic plays we can make or a heads up on what to look out for, who the cons are, or incoming major FFs or financial crisis, etc...A great leader shields his people from as much as he can but he doesn't keep them completely in the dark. Crypto Anons - Do you think Crypto will survive in the long run. Trump himself never has seemed huge on it but I also understand where he comes from when he wants the dollar to be strong vs world currencies. I doubt he cares much about crypto either way because the amount of money in crypto is nearly irrelevant in the grand scope of the world economy.
