What's the options for me I'm blind in my dominate eye. Four disc in my back blew out. Now I have a knot on back of my right hand no strength goes asleep alot and tingles

I have a knot on the back of my wrist effects my first finger no grip left. I have cut meat for 40 years. My coworkers are not very understanding. My options?
