I work in industrial supply chain and it's a disaster! We don't have enough people to pick orders... our manufacturing partners are giving us lead times that once were 2-3 days are now 3-5 weeks... for the same issue... not enough employees... just to get us to pre-covid numbers we would need to hire ~2800 employees in the US alone... employees are exhausted and customers are pissed... and if they offer more money to those that are just getting back to work as those who have worked this whole time they'll risk walkouts.
It just seems sketchy when you also see 2 identical "one of a kind rugs with different names and much different prices...
No the company I work for is amazing! They have made it very clear that they will never force us to get the Vax. And where masks are concerned they only make us follow whatever the local government is requiring.
